-
A: After you completely submit a survey, you should see a confirmation appear
on the survey. If you have an email address entered, you will be sent confirmation
immediately. If you do not see a confirmation number, you can't be sure
that the survey was entered. Please call (800) 221-0659, the toll free phone line is open 7:00 AM - 10:30PM MT
(Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day).

- Q: How do I update my contact information?
- A: Click on the Client Info tab. If your information
is incorrect, click on Update. Make your changes
and click Submit. You may be asked to verify or accept the changes.
If you agree, click Yes.
Note: This update is specific to the Utah Drawings database. Although it will
eventually update other DWR databases, there may be a delay. To ensure that all
of your information is corrected immediately, you may wish to contact a DWR office.
-
- Q: Where can I see my points?
- A: Click on the Eligibility & Points tab.
-
- Q: What if I show ineligible to apply for all Big Game Limited entry and Once-in-a-Lifetime
species?
- A: Chances are that you have drawn a permit that has a required harvest survey.
One of the penalties for failing to report is that you would not be able to apply
for Big Game Limited entry and Once-in-a-lifetime hunts for a 1 year period. When
the survey is submitted, your eligibility will be updated and the appropriate year
eligible will be restored.
Note: if you are unsure about the status of you record, please contact any DWR
office for assistance.
